"We used George Casey Catering for a garden party function at our home in June for 100+ people . George served an imaginative selection of hors d'oeuvres, which our guests agreed were superb. For the main course, he barbecued a whole pig that was tender and succulent. A variety of salads accompanied this. Afterwards, he served a mouth watering selection of desserts.
